NPS Shoes Ltd (Northampton Productive Society) was founded in 1881 and produces the brand Solovair.

All their boots and shoes are made in the UK from start to finish using the Goodyear Welted construction method.

In 1959 the NPS factory produced the very first pair of Dr. Martens and for more than 35 years they produced

Dr. Martens under licence all labeled with ”Dr. Martens by Solovair”.

NPS continues to produce the finest quality footwear.
